• The house and cottage takes a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children.

• If a group is more than 8 people an additional R500 P/N will be charged.

• Children of all ages are welcome.

Booking Terms:

• A deposit of 50% plus an additional R1000 refundable breakages deposit will secure your reservation.

• Balance of accommodation account is payable 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• 50% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within 45 days of arrival.

• 100% cancellation fees will be charged for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

Broom’s Estate Lodge is a luxury self-catering villa situated at the renowned Prince’s Grant Coastal Golf Estate in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The villa is ideally located with spectacular views of the estuary & ocean. A short stroll through the forest will take you down to the beach.

This is a perfect family location & has activities for everyone including beach walks, golf, tennis, squash, spa treatments & a restaurant at the Prince’s Grant main lodge for those days you don’t feel like cooking. There is also a variety of kids’ activities in the area & a selection of great restaurants & shopping malls.

The villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, a kids’ dormitory as well as an outside cottage. There is an open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area, which leads to a wooden deck with beautiful views.

There are four main bedrooms, all en-suite. Two have en-suite bathrooms & the other two have en-suite showers. All four lead onto a wooden deck & have beautiful views. They all have double beds with beautiful linen & towels are provided, including beach towels.

Children's Room:











There is a large children’s dormitory that has three beds as well as an adjoining nursery with a cot & single bed.

Cottage:













There is a cottage situated above the garage. It has an en-suite shower, a double bed & beautiful view.

Upstairs Lounge & Dining Room:














There is a beautiful open plan lounge & dining area leading onto a wooden deck with a spectacular view of the estuary & ocean. The area is large and spacious with high open ceilings & is tastefully decorated. The lounge has large comfortable leather couches & there is a TV with DSTV decoder.

Kitchen:












There is a fully equipped kitchen leading onto the open plan lounge & dining area.

Downstairs Entertainment & Dining Room:













It has a perfect entertainment area for the kids in the downstairs lounge & dining area, which also leads onto a wooden deck.

Pool & Jacuzzi:














There is a plunge pool & Jacuzzi to enjoy & cool off during the hot days.
